Here at The Butcher Shop, we recognize and celebrate YOU. 

Sweat next to a mother-to-be getting herself stronger in a safe way before baby. Plank next to a law student who only has time to get their workout in at 5:15AM. Lunge next to someone who is trying out Butcher for the first time and is shaking (remember shaking is a GOOD thing).

We believe in empowering others, on and off the Mega. The power of community does not only exist in class but by giving back to our city and the amazing organizations surrounding it. This includes donation-based classes, charity events, and community partnerships.

We love finding ways for our clients to reach new limits, which is why we provide different challenges throughout the year including Butcher Bingo, attendance challenges, class type challenges and Butcher Triathlon.
