Where do I start?

At the Shop, there is no one way to cook a piece of meat! Some people like to ease into the workout with a Fundamentals class, while others prefer to jump into a regular Lagree class and learn as they go!

This is why we offer a variety of specials for new clients.

Fundamentals Pass
$10

This pass can be used for our introductory level class, which is offered every Sunday at both locations, along with additional pop up sessions added every month. Follow Butcher Shop on IG to learn about the weekly pop up sessions. This class is always $10 and can be taken as many times as you’d like. The Fundamentals class will still be challenging! We will just focus more on the fundamental moves of Lagree and provide ample instruction around form, body placement, and proper muscle engagement, which are critical building blocks of the workout.

NEW CLIENT Two Week Unlimited
$59

This package will start the first day you attend class and will give you access to both of our studios for 2 weeks. Two weeks gives you the time to get more familiar with the machine and workout, and meet some of our amazing Butchers!

*Note that you are still eligible for this new client membership even after taking a fundamentals class, you just won’t be able to sign up for it on your end! Please reach out directly and we can assist with sign up.

NEW CLIENT 3 Month Unlimited
$165/month

This membership starts the day of purchase or the date specified when setting up the package. It will renew for the next 3 months at $165 per month and expires on its own after that. You may cancel your membership at any time for no additional fee, however, you will lose access to the discounted pricing. Three months gives you the time to start perfecting the moves, as well as build the stamina and endurance required to start seeing results.

*Note that you are still eligible for this new client membership even after taking a fundamentals class, you just won’t be able to sign up for it on your end! Please reach out directly and we can assist with sign up.

What do I need/wear?

Grip socks are required when on the machine. We sell a variety of these at the Shop for $10-17 if you should ever need to purchase some.

  • Wear comfortable clothes that aren’t too loose. That could be yoga pants or joggers, tank top or t-shirt.

  • If you’re taking a 30/30 class, make sure to bring tennis shoes & grip socks.

  • If you’re taking a Lagree + Yoga class, make sure to bring grip socks and a Yoga Mat.

When you arrive

  • It is required that clients who are new to Lagree arrive 10 minutes early, so we can get you acquainted with the machine and the workout. If you aren’t able to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, we will work to reschedule you for a time that’s better.

  • Our doors lock 5 minutes after class start time. Clients who show up after 5 minutes will be turned away to ensure the safety of the clients and effectiveness of the workout. Your spot can be forfeited by a waitlist or walk-in client if you are late.

  • Please let your Butcher know of any recent injuries, pregnancy, or health limitations.

  • Our Butchers are trained to handle your meat to ensure the most quality cut for you. Make sure you let your Butcher know if you are not comfortable with hands on adjustments and by flipping over your hands on adjustment card to the corresponding side at the top of the your machine.

Helpful Tips

  • Make sure to review our Cancellation/No Show Policies HERE to avoid incurring any additional fees.

  • Don't fear the waitlist. People tend to move very quickly through them, so just make sure you're monitoring your spot, and removing yourself from the waitlist if you don't plan on taking class.

  • The next week of our class schedule is always released weekly, Sunday at 2:30pm EST.
