Class Types
At the Butcher Shop, we offer a variety of class types ranging from 50-60 minutes. Each workout is designed to take your body to its limits. By offerings a wide variety of class styles, along with ample ways to customize, we ensure there's a cut for everyone.
FULL BODY LAGREE
A 50-minute Lagree class done entirely on the Megaformer, using spring tension for deep muscle activation and control. Move slow, work hard, and target muscles traditional workouts miss. Customizable and accessible to all levels.

FUNDAMENTALS
Designed for those newer to Lagree or anyone looking to build confidence and form. Start with an overview of the Megaformer and its components, then move into a guided workout with plenty of instruction and support.

Focus on movement breakdown and modifications

HIIT + LAGREE
This 360 cut starts with 30 minutes of strength and cardio using dumbbells, props, and equipment, then shifts to 30 minutes on the Megaformer for that signature Lagree slow-burn. must take a minimum of one Full Body Lagree class before attending.
60 minute class: 30 min. HIIT, 30 min. Lagree
High intensity, high impact (can be customized)
Think dumbbells, resistance bands, Technogym Treadmills, BOSU, assault bikes, then Megaformer

LOW IMPACT HIIT + LAGREE
A 60-minute class combining floor-based cardio and strength with no jumping, followed by Lagree on the Megaformer. Protects joints and pelvic floor while still giving a full-body burn.

Moderate intensity, low impact

LAGREE + YOGA
Start with 30 minutes of muscle-toning Lagree on the Megaformer, then transition into 30 minutes of deep, active Yoga stretching to restore and lengthen.

Yoga mat and grip socks required
BUTCHER BOOTCAMP
50 - 60 minutes of pure intensity with a mix of bodyweight cardio, traditional strength training, and HIIT circuits using equipment. Bring the energy - and your sneakers.

EXTRA CRISPY
(ADVANCED LAGREE)
A full 60-minute advanced Lagree class for clients who’ve taken 50+ classes at the Butcher Shop. Expect props, faster tempos, and creative routines that bring the heat and elevate your burn.

BUTCHERED STRENGTH
This class is all about free weights and full-body strength training. Spend 50 minutes in the Fitness Room using dumbbells, resistance bands, and kettlebells to push your limits.
